Crofter’s Giveaway!
I took this picture of my dinner and something looked off.
NO GREEN! I have a weird foodie quirk where I can’t make myself a lunch or dinner that doesn’t contain green, and I completely forgot to add frozen peas to this meal. So I rushed back inside and popped them in the microwave to thaw.
Now let’s see what’s under there. I started with bulgar and then added 1/3 cup black beans, sautΓ©ed onion and yellow pepper, an over-easy egg and some chopped tomato. Siracha on top and then of course my peas.
One big bowl of goodness.

I won a giveaway on Jenny’s blog the other week, and in my package came with two coupons from Crofter’s products. Well I thought it’d be fun to give away one of the jars of superfruit spread I bought to YOU!
One winner will receive their choice of either the Europe or South America flavored Superfruit Spread. “Stuffed with 1 pound of premium organic fruit, our new line of Superfruit Spreads includes four unique fruit combinations, sourced from around the world. Each certified organic spread is sweetened with fair trade sugar and contains one-third less sugar than jam. Experience these different cultural tastes while getting your daily dose of antioxidants.”
Europe Superfruit: “Pomegranates and black currants blended with red grapes and morello cherries. Pomegranates are an ancient fruit with a rich history. Rich in vitamin C and packed with antioxidants, tart black currants balance out the pomegranateβs sweetness. Perfect on a thick slice of artisan bread, this combo is for those who prefer fruits spreads that arenβt too sweet and pack a little pucker. Naturally, this bright blend also packs plenty of vitamin C and antioxidants.”
South American Superfruit: “Get in touch with your exotic side when eating this blend of maqui berry and passionfruit. Studies show that maqui berries, sourced from one of the most fertile areas in the world, have the highest antioxidant activity of any fruit.”
There are four ways to enter. You DO NOT have to have a blog to win! Please leave me a separate comment for each entry:
- Tweet about this giveaway
- Like FittingItAllIn on facebook
- Link back to this contest on your blog
- Simply leave a comment on this post telling me your favorite way to use jam or jelly.
I’ll choose the winner on Friday afternoon. GOOD LUCK!
