Granola Winners & Promotion!

Good Morning!

Last night I attended the St. Louis Grand Center Visionary Awards. My Irish dance teacher, Helen Gannon, was being given the Lifetime Achievement award and lots of family and former students went to support her. Because the night only included a few appetizers and then dessert, my friend Jill and I decided to grab a quick dinner before hand. Jill isn’t a big meat-eater either and we didn’t want to get stuck trying to make a meal out of meat-heavy apps.

We went to my favorite Crazy Bowls and Wraps where I actually tried something new!! I got the veggie wrap with brown rice, hummus, and feta. I saved half for lunch today but ate the chips and salsa that come with it. Not quite as good as my usual tofu veggie bowl, but a delicious wrap nonetheless.

It was great to see everyone at the ceremony and to be there to honor my teacher. She has brought Irish culture to thousands of people in the United States and is extremely passionate about what she does.

Not getting to bed until 10:30 meant I was pretty tired for my Yoga wake up call. Class wasn’t the greatest today as my head felt heavy, but I’m glad I got in some good stretching and sweating.

OUTFIT:

Feels nice to be a little more casual after two days of dresses, skirts, and heels. I’m such a wimp.

 

No breakfast picture today because I’m planning a “What I Ate Wednesday” post later tonight. Instead I’ll get straight to the giveaway winners!
