    You should log your running into dailymile.com. That’s how I’ve been keeping track of my shoe mileage.

    Hello! I just found this blog and am also from the St. Louis area, trying to juggle work, life and healthy habits. I find when I run, though, I am too tired for sex…which is causing problems with my boyfriend. Any tips to help me truly “fit it all in?”
